We are pleased to announce that Leland Little Auction & Estate Sales, Ltd. (LLAES, Ltd.) now holds the largest quarterly fine wine auction in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States, selling fine wine to an international audience.
Deciding to sell a portion of, or your entire, fine wine collection is an important decision, and our Fine Wine Department is here to help. Our fine wine director, Mark J. Solomon (mark@llauctions.com), offers professional and personalized service including: inspecting and transporting consignments; evaluating and describing wine bottles; cataloging; and storing consignments in our temperature-controlled 5,000 bottle capacity walk-in wine cellar, the largest of its kind in the Southeastern U.S. All consigned wine is featured in a fully illustrated color catalogue with additional images of each lot appearing online.

In addition to regional success, our quarterly fine wine auctions have developed an international following with all wine lots appearing on WineSearcher.com, LiveAuctioneers.com, and multiple other auction house databases. Individuals bidding on fine wine lots have the opportunity to place an absentee bid at the auction house, online, or via telephone and live online bidding while the auction is in process. Additionally, we encourage individuals to show up in person to the gallery during our exciting wine auctions and bid live. This strategy has led our prices realized to meet and often exceed historical international wine auction prices.
LLAES, Ltd. believes in full disclosure regarding the condition of all consigned wine. Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect the bottles prior to sale. We hold multiple formal wine preview sessions prior to each wine auction and bidders may schedule private bottle inspection sessions with the fine wine director upon request.
All wine will be shipped at reasonable rates from in-house, unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Shipping fees will be automatically added to your credit card based on number of bottles, shipping zone, and time in transit. Please refer to the wine shipping map for rates. Wood crates, if requested and available, are always shipped separately with reduced rates provided. LLAES, Ltd. is happy to announce that we offer free summer storage for wine acquired during our fine wine auctions held in June.
